Sound Billing was founded in 2004 when it launched as an innovative web-based invoicing system. Sound Billing has grown to successfully service over 1400 locations today. Sound Billing is continuously updated and redesigned to provide the most technologically advanced system possible.

Jeff Pauly, President

Jeff has been in the quick lube industry since 1982. Starting in 1982 as an independent oil change operator in Madison, Wisconsin, he moved on to own the Jiffy Lube franchise for the state of Wisconsin. In 1999, while owner of the Wisconsin Jiffy Lubes, he was named Jiffy Lube Franchisee of the Year. Jeff served on the Jiffy Lube Association of Franchisees Board of Directors and on the Executive Committee, served as chairman of the Jiffy Lube Fleet Committee for nine years and currently is on the Automotive Oil Change Association (AOCA) Board as Vendor Advisory Council.

Joann Hall, Vice President

Joann came to MyFleetCenter.com in 2004 and has been in the quick lube industry since 1992. She served for a Jiffy Lube Franchisee as Vice President of Operations, as Director of Fleet Sales for the largest Jiffy Lube Franchisee at the time and as a nine year member of the Jiffy Lube Fleet Committee. Joann wrote a fleet training and certification program that was established for the Jiffy Lube system nationwide.
