Q: How do I print reports to Excel?A: Every report has the option of an Excel spreadsheet output. Simply select that option and once the report is run it will show on an Excel spreadsheet. You can then view it, print it, or save it.
Q: Can I view adjustments made on invoices for just one of my stores?
A: Yes, simply select Excel output. With Excel you can sort by any column of data, your choice.
Q: I see an adjust tab. How do I know who made the invoice adjustment and why?
A: All invoice adjustments are logged. The name of the person making the adjustment and the reason for the adjustment is always available to you.
Q: Can I print a list of my fleet accounts?
A: Yes, a list of your accounts with contact information is always available to you. Simply go to the reports tab, Billed Fleet Listing and click Generate Report.
Q: A Fleet customer is tax-exempt. Can you help?
A: Yes, we will assist a customer with tax-exempt status. We keep all tax-exempt certificates on file and you are able to view them at anytime. We will make sure your tax-exempt certificates are current.
Q: I would like a report that shows the last date of service for my fleet accounts. Is there one?
A: Yes, go to the Reports tab, Fleet Service Report and Generate Report. This report is always available and is great information for monitoring your fleet business.
Q: What is Skype?
A: Skype is an Internet phone system that allows a person to make Internet to Internet voice phone calls at no charge. Calls can also be made from the Internet to land lines or mobile phones for a fee. It also includes the ability to video conference and instant message.
Q: I want to know who are my largest sales volume fleet accounts. Is this available?
A: Yes, you can have this information at anytime. Simply go to the Reports tab, Fleet Service Report and Generate Report. The Excel report can be sorted by invoices sum to locate your top sales volume account.
Q: A client notified me of a change of address for her business. Can you help make the address change?
A: Yes, we will make all account changes needed and will follow up with the fleet customer to assure accuracy.
Q: I want to print an invoice copy for my files. Is it difficult?
A: No, it's very easy. Simply go to the Invoice Lookup tab. Select the invoice you wish to print, double click on the invoice number to open the invoice. You can now select print on your toolbar or right click your mouse to print.
Q: I can't remember where you said I can find the report I'm looking for. What do I do?
